Responsibilities: • Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, promptly addressing any changes or concerns. • Administer medications and treatments accurately, following established protocols and guidelines. • Educate residents and their families about health management, promoting informed decision-making. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of residents' care and progress. • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and outcomes for residents.
