Data Analyst Department Head

We are looking for a strategic and detail-driven Data Analyst Department Head to lead our data operations and build the foundation for systemized, data-informed decision-making. This role is responsible for creating SOPs, developing scalable data systems, and overseeing the accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of key metrics across departments. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of data workflows, dashboards, and analytics systems that support multiple departments (enrollment, outreach, marketing, student success, etc.). Develop and maintain SOPs for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Oversee the tracking of department KPIs and support leadership in data-driven decision-making. Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and implement system improvements or automations where needed. Coordinate with program heads, administrative teams, and technical staff to align data systems with operational goals. Manage internal documentation and create training resources for teams using newly built data tools or systems. Qualifications Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics management. Strong background in developing SOPs and building data systems or dashboards (Google Sheets, Airtable, Looker Studio, etc.). Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel), automation tools (e.g., Zapier), and data visualization platforms is a plus.
