JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Nova is a multi-year platform transformation program with Evernorth, building a new cloud-native pharmacy benefit management platform while re-implementing and migrating existing PBM capability and client business in waves.

Accenture leads Program Management and Governance, Integrated Delivery Management, and Operating Model and Readiness through an Orchestration Hub that coordinates two delivery arms, capability build and integration/re-implementation, across roughly 16 functional workstreams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Integration Architect, you will be responsible for architecting an end-to-end integration solution.

Your day-to-day activities will include driving client discussions to define integration requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions.

This involves mapping business processes to support applications, defining data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the overall integration architecture.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.

Expert proficiency in Integration Architecture Estimating is required.

Expert proficiency in Integration Architecture Security is recommended.

Expert proficiency in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions is suggested.

Lead the development and refinement of integration strategies that align with business objectives and technology standards.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
