The therapist is responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients, designing functional treatment programs that facilitate an effective return to community activities, and serving as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers. Responsibilities Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops appropriate treatment plans and goals. Documents medical records clearly, concisely, and accurately in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Conducts therapy under signed physician orders and within insurance approval as necessary. Participates in student programs, providing supervision and evaluations. Implements a professional development plan, pursuing continuing education and professional activities. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to discipline‑specific codes of conduct and state practice acts. Understands and actively participates in organizational performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Active and applicable state license for practice in the location assigned. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: 5x8 schedule, 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week. Duration: 13‑week contract. Pay is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
