Job Title: Bilingual Assembly Technician – Entry Level
Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Concord, NC

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Assembly Technician to support production and assembly operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, reliable, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with assembling, testing, and inspecting components

· Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment

· Perform quality checks and report any issues or inconsistencies

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

· Follow safety procedures and production instructions

· Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

· Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

· Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team

· Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

· Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
