Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Winston-Salem, NC

Field-based specialty representative role focused on psychiatry pharmaceutical sales in the Winston-Salem area. The position involves executing brand strategy, managing assigned territory and accounts, and driving sales performance while maintaining customer relationships and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance metrics, financial targets, and marketing objectives for assigned territory
- Develop and execute call plans with pre-call objectives and post-call evaluations to improve outcomes
- Build trusted customer relationships by identifying and addressing healthcare provider needs and challenges
- Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, disease states, and customer landscape with sales team
- Identify and cultivate disease state experts and speaker advocates to strengthen brand performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field
- Minimum five years relevant industry experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health/science sector
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
- Healthcare industry representative credentialing eligibility (background check, immunization verification, state-specific licenses)
- Strong presentation skills and business acumen with strategic thinking capabilities
- Proven sales performance track record and ability to adapt selling approach to customer behavior
