Industrial Controls Engineer

We are seeking an Industrial Controls Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing environments to support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and production integration. The ideal candidate will work on electrical systems, machine optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Test and repair electrical equipment and systems including circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, and servo drives.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
• Plan and execute machine integration into mass production environments.
• Perform equipment leveling, adjustments, and quality confirmation.
• Document work performed using written and electronic methods.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and manage schedules for assigned projects or work areas.
• Support machine trials at vendor and internal locations.
• Ensure equipment safety compliance and certification per established standards.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5 years of experience in industrial controls or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical systems in industrial settings.
• Ability to understand construction and trade work, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with utilities and technical system builds.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems and reading schematics.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdowns.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements including standing, walking, lifting, and accessing equipment.

Should Have:

• Technical associate degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with pre-production setup.
• Experience analyzing quality data to determine root causes.
• Experience in high-volume production environments.

Qualification And Education:
