Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Position: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Role: Provide leadership and professional nursing care to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being in the labor and delivery unit. Utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver, supervise, and document care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and educating patients, families, and staff. Responsibilities: Oversee patient care based on acuity and staff availability, evaluate outcomes, adjust nursing interventions as needed, and promote excellent patient outcomes through teamwork and communication. Qualifications: Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred), current RN licensure, at least one year of nursing experience, BLS certification, and obtaining Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation certifications within 30 days of employment.
