Production Team Partner - Garment Sorter & Shipper - UniFirst

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Shipping Department, you will help keep our customers on schedule by ensuring on-time delivery of their garments. Benefits Competitive hourly pay with on-the-job training 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Health, life, and employee assistance insurance Paid time off, direct payroll deposit, tuition reimbursement 30% employee discount and referral bonuses What you’ll be doing Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations Organize garments by route and stop number Store garments until shipment back to the customer Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards Prepare garments that require polybagging or wrapping Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management Qualifications High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred Minimum 18 years of age Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management Basic mathematical skills using American standard units in weight, measurement, volume, and distance Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and push up to 25 lbs.
