We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our custom home projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a high-touch client environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and takes pride in delivering projects at the highest level of quality. Position Overview Preconstruction Leadership Participate in project planning, estimating, and budgeting Develop preliminary project schedules Collaborate with design professionals and consultants Identify project risks and opportunities early in the process Assist clients in understanding scope, budget, and project expectations Financial Management Develop and maintain project budgets Manage forecasts and financial reporting Track commitments, costs, allowances, and change orders Ensure projects remain aligned with financial objectives Client Experience Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project Lead client meetings and project updates Guide clients through selections, decisions, and project milestones Build trust through proactive communication and transparency Project Planning & Execution Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate procurement and long-lead items Align project activities between office and field teams Anticipate and resolve challenges before they impact project outcomes Team Leadership Collaborate closely with Superintendents and Project Engineers Support coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams Drive accountability and alignment across project stakeholders Foster a positive, solutions-oriented project environment Qualifications Required Experience 5+ years of Project Management experience in custom residential construction Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Professional Strengths Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and planning abilities High attention to detail Proactive problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Preferred Experience in luxury custom homes or high-end residential construction Preconstruction estimating experience Familiarity with construction management software platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
