Compassionate And Reliable Caregivers/Home Care Aides Wanted

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers/home care aides to join our growing team. If you have a passion for helping seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes, we would love to hear from you!

Service areas: Rancho Bernardo • Poway • Scripps Ranch • Tierrasanta • Mira Mesa

Caregiver responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Medication reminders
  • Mobility assistance and transportation (when needed)

Requirements

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Ability to pass a background check and live scan fingerprinting
  • Willing to register as a home care aide (HCA) with the state of California
  • Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
  • Negative TB test result
