Experienced Media Buyer/Planner

Motivated Marketing is a full-service advertising agency seeking an experienced Media Buyer/Planner to join our team. This position is ideal for a media professional who enjoys strategy, negotiation, analytics, and building strong relationships with media partners. Our media team plans and executes advertising campaigns across television, radio, digital, print, outdoor, and emerging media channels. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple campaigns while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute media plans that align with client objectives and budgets Negotiate and place television, radio, digital, print, and outdoor advertising campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and representatives Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations Prepare media recommendations, presentations, and post-buy analyses Steward media schedules from planning through completion to ensure accurate execution Review, reconcile, and resolve invoice discrepancies in cooperation with the billing team Conduct market, audience, and competitive research to support planning initiatives Research, write, and present media points of view (POVs) and recommendations Collaborate with account management, creative, and leadership teams to deliver successful campaigns Qualifications 2+ years of experience in television and radio media buying Experience in Strata is strongly preferred Strong understanding of traditional and digital media channels Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with media buying, planning, and reporting platforms Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work on a wide variety of local, regional, and national advertising campaigns Collaborative team environment with experienced media professionals Professional growth and development opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr Motivated Marketing LLC
