Overview General Manager - McDonald’s® franchise-owned and independent Owner-Operator restaurants require strong leadership to run profitable operations while maintaining McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Manage the restaurant to achieve profitability and meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Partner with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, assist them in setting goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right leadership for the future.
