What You'll Do

• Perform EEG procedures, including collodion/glue hook-ups, across various clinical settings
• Float between Riley (pediatric hospital) and Methodist, covering all patient populations
• Work with diverse case types: epilepsy monitoring, sEEG, neurotelemetry, ictal SPECT, routine EEG, trauma, critical care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate diagnostics and patient safety
• Maintain meticulous charting using Cerner electronic health records
• Support patient care during night shifts, providing comfort and professional expertise

What You Need

• Required:
  • ABRET certification, BLS, R.EEG T certifications
  • 2+ years of EEG tech experience or willing to accept first-timers if all criteria are met
  • Ability to work 5-day initial training period, with flexibility for floating
  • Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Preferred:
  • Experience with collodion/glue EEG hook-ups
  • Adaptability to rotate between different hospital units and patient populations
