Locum Tenens Diagnostic Radiology Physician

Position Type: Locum Tenens

Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Start Date: October 2026
End Date: Ongoing 9 12 Month Coverage

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Outpatient & Hospital Patients
Setting: Outpatient Radiology Clinic & Hospital Coverage
Responsibilities: Reading diagnostic imaging studies, performing diagnostic mammograms, breast biopsies, PET reads, and supporting inpatient/emergency radiology coverage as needed
Required Procedures: Diagnostic Mammography, Breast Biopsies, PET, CT, MRI, X-Ray & Ultrasound Reads
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Radiology Techs, Ultrasound Techs & Clinical Support Team
Days Per Month: Monday Friday Coverage Blocks
On-Call/Weekends: No Call Required

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
Active California License Required
Ability to Perform Diagnostic Mammograms & Breast Biopsies Required
BLS/ACLS, DEA & NPDB Self-Query Required
