About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Agribusiness Underwriting. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex financial challenges and a strong background in agribusiness lending, underwriting, or credit analysis. This role is pivotal in evaluating and structuring sophisticated lending opportunities, developing innovative credit solutions, and providing strategic recommendations that balance growth and risk. The Vice President will work closely with relationship managers, customers, legal counsel, and leadership teams to deliver customized financing solutions that support the success of large and complex agribusiness relationships. Applicants for the Vice President, Agribusiness Underwriting position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 5 years' of experience in agribusiness lending or a related area. The role requires expert knowledge of the agriculture industry, financial ratios, and lending procedures, as well as strong skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit structuring.
