Experienced Line CookLandscapes Golf Management and Winchester Country Club are seeking a full time Experienced Line Cook to work the hot line primarily in the evenings but also lunch and pool kitchen as needed. Here, each visit feels like returning home, to a place where family and tradition intertwine in a cozy, inviting atmosphere.We at LGM believe these values are the guiding principles of our daily lives.LGM Values: Do the Right Thing, Take Care of Each Other, Find a Way, Lead, Be the BestJOB SUMMARYPrepares food in accordance with company recipes and health code standards.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Assists the line at night and upholds the standards of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Winchester Country Club.Handles daily prep duties and food production.Ensures food is prepared per Company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies and procedures.Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.Follows proper plating and garnish presentations for all dishes.Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen area and ensures that it meets health code regulations.Washes dishes, silverware, drinkware and kitchen cookware.Maintains kitchen stock at line stations to ensure efficient kitchen service.Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations.Adheres to club dress code policy.Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.REQUIREMENTSKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
