Multi-Media Ad Sales Specialist

Job Summary  

The Multimedia Advertising Sales Executive at the Columbia Basin Herald, part of Hagadone Media Group, drives client success across print and digital platforms. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic advertising solutions, and delivering measurable results. Employees in this position help clients achieve their marketing goals while contributing to the growth and success of the company. 

Position Duties & Responsibilities  

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through market and client research
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals
• Develop and deliver integrated advertising strategies across print, digital, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms
• Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to client specifications 
• Secure approvals and manage campaign workflow efficiently
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support
• Provide data-driven insights and performance reporting to clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to expand and grow existing accounts
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets 

Qualifications  

• 2+ years of sales experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of print and digital advertising, including SEO, PPC, and social media
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and remote
• Adaptable and able to address diverse marketing needs of small- to medium-sized businesses
• Valid driver's license (required)
