Associate Attorney

Morgan & Jones PLLC is a growing litigation firm dedicated to representing individuals in plaintiff‑side employment law and personal injury matters. As our practice expands, we are seeking a full‑time Associate attorney who is eager to learn, work hard, and grow with our team. The role This is a full‑time, on‑site role. It is ideal for newer lawyers who are looking for an opportunity for mentorship and growth in building a plaintiff's litigation practice, with a preference for candidates with experience with pleading drafting, motion practice, discovery proceedings, and trial preparation. As an associate with Morgan & Jones, you'll have direct and hands‑on involvement in every stage of litigation. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to manage and develop your own cases with the support and guidance of experienced litigators who are dedicated to making sure you are successful in your career. What we're looking for We want someone who is self‑motivated, eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, compassionate and client‑focused, committed to building a career in plaintiff‑side litigation, and entrepreneurial in spirit. Candidates with litigation experience—drafting pleadings, taking depositions, preparing for trial—are highly preferred, but most importantly we're looking for someone who fits in with our culture of working hard to get excellent results for our clients.
