PharmacistWe are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant prescription dispensing while providing exceptional patient care.ResponsibilitiesReview prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance prior to dispensing.Verify completed prescriptions in accordance with state and federal regulations.Provide medication counseling and answer patient questions regarding proper use, dosage, and potential side effects.Support workflow management to ensure timely and accurate prescription processing.Serve as a clinical resource for pharmacy technicians and support staff.Essential SkillsDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.Active Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio (or ability to obtain prior to start date).Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication therapy management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is Monday through Friday, 1st shift or 2nd: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with rotating Saturday coverage approximately every 5-6 weeks. The role requires a commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety in a collaborative team environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Fairfield, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $128960.00 - $137280.00/yr.
