$55,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance

We are currently seeking a strong, hands-on General Manager for a high-volume fast casual restaurant concept in the Lincolnton area. This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and leads from the front.

This role is perfect for someone who:
• Enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating teams
• Leads with urgency, accountability, and positive energy
• Understands high-volume operations and speed of service
• Is highly guest-focused and visible in daily operations
• Takes pride in driving sales, labor control, food cost, and profitability

We are looking for a leader who understands the operational side of running a successful restaurant business. This position will require 45–50+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Lead and develop team members and shift leaders
• Ensure excellent guest service and operational execution
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Drive labor management, inventory, and profitability goals
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, staffing, and retention
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Build a positive, team-oriented culture
• Lead from the front during high-volume shifts

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Fast casual, quick service, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
• High energy and strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Stable work history and passion for developing teams
• ServSafe Certification preferred
