We are seeking a talented BIM Technician to join our team at an Industrial General Contractor in North Atlanta. Our client, a growing contractor in Suwanee, GA, specializes in Design Assist Contracting and is committed to innovation and sustainability. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, this company values core values, leadership, and diversity.
As a BIM Technician, you will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizing field construction experience to contribute to project success.
- Proficiently working with all versions of AutoCAD for design and drafting purposes.
- Coordinating with shop drawing companies to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
- Conducting interference checks through 3D modeling (optional).
- Tracking the revision status of drawings.
- Performing material take-offs to support project planning and estimating.
