IT Project Manager Scrum Master

To support a client in a remote environment during EST hours, the contract IT Project Manager Scrum Master will manage hands-on release coordination, ensuring consistent planning, tracking, and execution of software releases while reducing administrative burdens for engineering teams. Key responsibilities Own and maintain the integrated release calendar, actively coordinating across teams to drive releases forward Ensure every release has a defined plan with clear tasks, owners, and timelines, maintaining release tracking artifacts Establish and enforce standard readiness checkpoints and validate readiness across engineering, testing, and operations Required qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an IT environment Strong knowledge of release management processes and tools, including JIRA and Confluence Experience with coordinating cross-team efforts and managing dependencies and risks Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, collaborating with diverse teams Familiarity with AI tools for monitoring readiness and improving release predictability
