Role Description This is a Part time and full-time, on-site and remote role located in Carrollton, TX. You will identify client needs, provide tailored Financial solutions, and develop lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities include educating yourself and clients about their options, conducting customized financial strategies, and maintaining accurate records. You will also collaborate with team members who will guide you and stay updated on industry trends to provide the best possible advice and services. As an Entrepreneur/Producer you will learn to work for yourself and also help the team you build for yourself. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales or great communication skills Knowledge of Finance, or marketing for the ability to create personalized financial strategies Strong Customer Service skills to build trust and deliver excellent client experiences Understanding products and industry regulations Active agent license (or ability to obtain one promptly) Exceptional negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work and create independent schedules Willingness to learn to become your own Boss!
