Automotive Sales AssociateWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car-buying process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for cars, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them in identifying their automotive needs and preferencesPresent and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to customersGuide customers through the sales process, including test drives, vehicle comparisons, and financing optionsStay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and promotionsNegotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining dealership profitability and customer satisfactionPrepare and process required paperwork for vehicle salesFollow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships with existing clientsAchieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goalsCollaborate with other departments (finance, service, etc.) to ensure a smooth customer experienceMaintain the appearance of the sales floor and lotQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred)Previous automotive sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksBasic computer and CRM software proficiencyWorking Conditions:Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededMay be required to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStanding and walking for extended periodsCompensation & Benefits:Performance bonuses and incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysEmployee discountsOngoing training and career advancement opportunities
