Katsu Burger Kent is on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated part-time Crew Member to join our team! Known for our unique menu and welcoming atmosphere, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and delicious food to our community. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is available for weekday morning shifts.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Crew Member at Katsu Burger Kent, you'll wear many hats, working both in the front and back of the house. Your day-to-day duties will include providing excellent customer service, assisting with kitchen prep and cooking, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly. Multitasking is key, as you'll be interacting with customers, preparing orders, and handling other tasks as needed. You may also need to lift and carry heavy items occasionally, so a bit of physical stamina is important.
QualificationsWe’re looking for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what we’re seeking:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Comfort with both customer service and kitchen duties.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
This is a part-time position with weekday morning shifts, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking for flexible hours.
