Medical Practice Manager

Base Salary $70K to $90K +30% BONUS + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager to join our client's thriving multi-specialty medical group, in NEW WINDSOR and MIDDLETOWN, NY. (2-3 days per location) Daily Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations in both New Windsor and Middletown, NY Supervise and support the team of Medical Assistants and Receptionist, including performance based feedback Manage patient scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow Ensure patients receive excellent customer service Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally This leadership position offers the chance to work in a newly built BEAUTIFUL and MODERN , patient-centered facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology alongside a vibrant, multidisciplinary team of providers. $70K to $90K +30% BONUS (performance based) Schedule: Monday to Friday Locations: New Windsor, NY and Middletown, NY (2-3 days per location) What We're Looking for The ideal candidate will have experience providing exceptional administrative care and thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Burco Staffing LLC
