Civil CAD Drafter / Designer

Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Projects

Pay: $32.50-$45.00/hr | Long-Term Career Growth | Dedicated CAD Department

long-term career?

A growing civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a Civil CAD Drafter / Designer to support the design of municipal water and wastewater

You'll work within an established CAD department that prioritizes technical development, training, and career progression. Every team member is

paired with a mentor to support professional growth and help build specialized design expertise.

Continuous Learning & Advancement

Whether you're already experienced in municipal design or looking to expand your knowledge, you'll gain exposure to water and wastewater infrastructure while strengthening your Civil 3D and design capabilities.

  • Develop plan sheets, profiles, details, and design exhibits
  • Create report figures and project graphics
  • Assist with quantity take-offs and design support activities
  • Support engineers and project managers throughout the design process

  • Regular performance feedback and coaching
  • Annual compensation reviews
  • Opportunities to develop specialized Civil 3D expertise
  • Exposure to a stable and growing infrastructure market
