Rheumatologist Opportunity in Northwest Indiana

Northern Indiana Facility Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Rheumatologist to join our established practice. We are seeking a long-term partnership with a physician interested in taking over an established practice. Practice is comprised of two physicians, one advanced practice provider, and a seasoned support staff who specialize in the care of patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and other rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

Practice Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Call expectation: 10 days per month

Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day

Dedicated MA support with 15 years of rheumatology experience

Telehealth offered

Strong primary care referral base

Onsite x-ray and ultrasound services

Community/Facility info: 65-physician owned and operated, multi-specialty group located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. We are also only 25 minutes from the Indiana Dunes along Lake Michigan. Live in or near a major metropolitan area but practice in physician friendly Indiana. We are the dominant supplier of health care in our area with 110,000 active patient files. This opportunity provides a built-in referral base. We have 3 patient care facilities in Northwest Indiana. We have an affiliated 9-bed surgical hospital attached to the Specialty Center where Endocrinology is located. We also have Radiology (including open MRI), lab (Pathologist available Monday-Friday), a full service EKG department, a full service pulmonary lab, an outpatient Physical Therapy Department and a dietitian.
