This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with electrical diagrams, wiring systems, and technical assembly processes.Position OverviewAs a Wiring Assembler, you will install, route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring and components according to engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions.This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet electrical, safety, and customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructionsRoute and secure wiring in accordance with engineering specificationsPerform point-to-point wiring activitiesCut, strip, label, crimp, and terminate wires and cablesMount electrical components, panels, and devicesAssist with electrical component installation and final assemblyVerify wiring accuracy and workmanship against drawingsTroubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issuesMaintain accurate production documentationSupport safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills and QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsExperience using hand tools and wire-processing toolsAbility to perform wire routing, wire labeling, crimping, and terminationBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to lift 25-35 lbs; occasional up to 50 lbsPreferred Skills and QualificationsTwo or more years of electrical assembly experienceExperience performing point-to-point wiringExperience building electrical control panels or switchgearFamiliarity with electrical testing equipmentTechnical certifications or trade school trainingWhat Success Looks LikeProduces high-quality wiring installations with minimal reworkMaintains excellent workmanship standardsConsistently follows engineering specificationsSupports on-time customer deliveriesDemonstrates a strong commitment to safety and qualityShift: Mon-Thur/Tues-Fri 5:45AM-4:15PMPay: $23/hr and upBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug CoverageSpending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA)Paid Time Off and Holidays401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer ContributionsLife and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) InsurancePaid LeavesTuition AssistanceAbout Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
