Schedule: Full-time | Monday through Friday

100% in office

As an Entry Writer I in our Customs House Brokerage division , you’ll play a critical role in moving goods across borders while expanding your current knowledge of U.S. Customs brokerage. This is an ideal opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who want hands-on experience in international logistics and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process import documentation in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations
• Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) with guidance
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams
• Identify routine issues and escalate when needed to keep shipments moving
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance efforts

What You Bring

• 1–5 years of experience in customs documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment
