At Caring Transitions Central Az, we help families through some of life’s biggest transitions—downsizing, moving, and online estate sales. Every project is different, and every home has a story. We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead who can organize, lead a small crew, and keep projects moving—while making a real difference for local families. What You’ll Actually Be Doing: Leading a small team on-site (you’re the go-to person) Turning a full home into a clean, organized, ready-to-sell space Helping sort items for auction, donation, or disposal Making sure projects stay on track and run smoothly Being the calm, organized presence clients rely on What You Get Flexible, part-time schedule (no two days are the same) Opportunity to grow into a bigger leadership role A fun, fast-moving environment (think: treasure hunt meets teamwork) The chance to truly help families during important life transitions Pay: $18 hour (based on experience) This Role is Perfect For Someone Who: Naturally takes charge and keeps things organized Loves staying busy and hates sitting at a desk Enjoys working with people and leading a team Can problem-solve on the fly Likes variety—every house and project is different Physical Side (Keeping It Real) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Lots of moving, standing, and working in different environments Let’s Be Honest… This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk job.
