Location: Chicago, IL | Hybrid (In-Person & Remote). This role requires working on-site at our Park Ridge, IL corporate office at least once a week.
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Park Ridge, IL, Vitae Health Systems is a multi-specialty healthcare provider group delivering internal medicine, psychiatry, psychotherapy, and podiatry services to residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We currently support more than 300 facilities across the Midwest and East Coast, guided by our mission to preserve and improve human life through superior clinical care and academic excellence. Our team of dedicated clinicians — including full-time psychotherapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, podiatrists, and neuropsychologists — works together with facility staff to improve outcomes and quality of life for an often-underserved population.
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for Vitae Health Systems' clinical and corporate teams. This role owns the end-to-end hiring process for a range of roles — including Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, Podiatrists, and Corporate positions — from sourcing and outreach through offer and close. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on building relationships with passive talent, moves quickly as priorities shift, and wants to help scale a growing healthcare organization.
