Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Millwright role in Woodland, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues involving motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and production systems.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including motors and control components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a millwright or in industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems, welding, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems preferred.
• Welding and fabrication experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Schedule:
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• Overtime as needed
