RN | Med-Surg, OB & ER

Join the team in Redwood Falls! Start in Med-Surg and then cross train to Obstetrics and the Emergency Room. Also have the opportunity to train to be a nursing supervisor or charge nurse.  Add to all that, our leaders strive to instill a culture of safety, kindness, and collaboration, so that we have a stable environment to care for our patients. • Coordinate and/or supervise care by other professionals on your team.
• Perform duties related to assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and

evaluating as you deliver patient care. * Assess and plan for the educational needs of the patient/client and families. Schedule

• Casual | Varied schedule
• Rotating 12-hour shifts | Days/Nights

Pay

• Starting pay begins at $42.86 per hour and increases with experience
• Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher
• Current Minnesota RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Exception: inability to complete certification process related to health

condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support

• ACLS education completed within 6 months of hire.
• NRP education completed within 1 year of hire.
• Completes trauma education as set for Level 4 trauma criteria within 1 year
