Summary

  • Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional workshops, strategic planning sessions, and operational readiness activities focused on strengthening organizational capabilities, leadership alignment, workforce planning, and sustainable execution strategies.
  • Skilled at coordinating diverse stakeholders, facilitating collaborative working sessions, and delivering measurable organizational outcomes.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Client North Carolina Organizational Strengthening Workstream, ensuring alignment across leadership teams, operational stakeholders, and support functions.
  • The role supports organizational readiness, capacity-building initiatives, process alignment, talent strategies, and sustainable operational improvements designed to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Basic Qualification:

  • Doctorate degree or Masters degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience or Associates degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities for the ANC Organizational Strengthening Workshop.

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Learning & Development, and leadership teams.

• Facilitate workshop sessions, strategic discussions, stakeholder alignment meetings, and follow-up action planning.

• Drive organizational strengthening initiatives focused on workforce planning, leadership development, operational alignment, and process optimization.

• Track project deliverables, action items, risks, dependencies, and escalation items to ensure timely execution.

• Develop communication strategies and reporting tools to provide updates to sponsors and senior leadership.

• Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities to encourage adoption and organizational alignment.

• Create workshop materials, dashboards, meeting documentation, and post-workshop implementation plans.

• Identify operational gaps, improvement opportunities, and resource needs to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with project teams and business leaders to ensure workshop outcomes translate into actionable execution plans.
