Altitude Trampoline Park-West Jordan is looking for an energetic individual with a passion for guest experience and hospitality to Join our team. We are a high-energy trampoline park dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and memorable experience for guests of all ages. We pride ourselves on maintaining top-tier facilities, excellent customer service, and a strong team environment. Position Summary Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead team members during shifts Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed at all times Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns Open and/or close the facility as required Monitor park cleanliness, organization, and maintenance needs Train, coach, and motivate staff to meet performance expectations Handle cash management and basic reporting tasks Respond to incidents and complete required documentation Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 18 years old Physical requirements Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a loud, dynamic environment Benefits Fun and energetic work environment Competitive hourly wage Employee discounts and park perks Flexible schedule Salary: $15 - $19 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Altitude Trampoline Parks
