What You’ll Do:

Identify damage, defects, and wear on TPO, EPDM, metal, and other roofing types.
Prepare detailed inspection reports with documentation, photos, and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and insurance adjusters to maintain top-quality standards.
Represent the company as a trusted Commercial Roofing Inspector who ensures every roof meets manufacturer specs and industry best practices.


What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Commercial Roofing Inspector , quality control specialist, or roofing project manager.
Strong technical understanding of low-slope and flat roofing systems.
Ability to identify issues before they become costly problems.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
HAAG, OSHA, or RRO certifications preferred but not required.
A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
