Growth Marketing Lead

About the Role This is a senior, client-facing growth marketing role at an early-stage AdTech and performance marketing startup that builds creative intelligence tools for paid social advertising. You will own high-impact client accounts, blending strategic media expertise with creative insight to drive efficient, scalable growth across major paid platforms.

Location This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York City, New York, USA. In-office presence is required.
What You'll Do
- Oversee annual media budgets of $5M to $50M across Meta, TikTok, and Google, driving efficient spend and account scalability.
- Lead client relationships through regular meetings, strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
- Develop cohesive growth strategies that place creative performance at the center of paid advertising programs.
- Translate creative performance data into actionable insights for clients, creative teams, and media buyers.
- Identify and execute optimizations across funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, and measurement to improve media efficiency.
- Partner with forward-deployed creatives and media buyers to turn insights into high-performing content and scaled campaigns.
- 4 to 8 years of paid media experience, with agency and/or consumer app background strongly preferred.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) paid advertising platforms and campaign management.
- Proven track record of solely owning and managing paid media accounts at approximately $1M or more in monthly spend.
- Experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms simultaneously.
- Strong ability to translate performance data and analytics into strategic recommendations and clear client presentations.
- Experience developing growth strategies that integrate creative performance with media buying decisions.
- Strong presentation skills, with comfort leading client meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Familiarity with mobile advertising measurement systems including SKAN, AEM, and mobile measurement partners (MMPs) is a plus.
- Experience in agency environments managing multiple client accounts at once is a plus.
Location This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York City, New York, USA. In-office presence is required.
