Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while assisting with order taking, food preparation, store cleanliness, and daily operations. Essential duties and responsibilities include greeting customers in person and over the phone professionally, accurately taking customer orders using the POS system, preparing pizzas and menu items according to standards, maintaining cleanliness of the store and prep areas, handling cash and credit card transactions, and assisting with stocking inventory and supplies.

Strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic math and cash-handling skills, reliable transportation, and punctual attendance are required.
