5b's Bakery in Concrete, WA is looking for a part-time baker's assistant to join our 25+ person strong team. We are located on 45597 Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Promotion available, flexible hours. Full-time or part time hours available. Pay range is 17.13-18.47. Paid sick leave accrues at .03 hour per hour worked.

Responsibilities

• Baking Prep
• Mixing flours and dough
• Follow recipes
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
• Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough and preparing sauces
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Keeping a tidy workstation

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, will train
• Attention to detail
• Food Handler's Card within 14 days of hiring
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
