Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• HCHB efficient
• PT license accept compact licenses

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday
• On-call schedule: none
• Productivity requirement: 30 points
• Mileage reimbursement: 49 cents/mile
