Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN specializing in Obstetrics for a travel assignment in Peru, IL. This role involves working in an acute care setting where you will provide high-quality care to obstetric patients. Key responsibilities of the RN Obstetrics include:
- Provide care for both low-risk and high-risk OB patients
- Stabilize newborns and act as a circulator during C-sections
- Titrate medications such as Pitocin and Magnesium
- Read and monitor fetal heart rate strips
- Float between units as needed, including to OB, ICU, Med/Surg, and ED
Requirements of the RN Obstetrics include:
- Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, EFM
- Experience in stabilization of newborns and C-section circulator duties
