Has responsibility and accountability for applicable program(s) and provides clinical and administrative leadership in the care of patients through the care continuum. Coordinates and evaluates operations and clinical program processes to ensure the delivery of quality patient care for patients. Assists leadership with establishing the goals for the program to provide patient-focused quality care, patient satisfaction and cost-efficient care.
