The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative dental care, including cleaning and polishing teeth, educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a passion for providing quality dental care Pay $55~$80 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth whitening, fluoride treatments, and cosmetic treatment recommedation. Educate patients on oral hygiene and plaque control techniques. Assess the patient's oral health condition and document findings. Perform diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, to assess dental health. Administer local anesthetics to reduce pain during treatment. Provide periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing. Perform restorative procedures, such as placing fillings and fabricating crowns.
