Job Function:

• Shift: 36 hrs/ 3x12 Nights 6:45pm-7am.
• Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments .
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy .
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative expectations .
• Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments .
• Operate, monitor , and adjust specialized patient-care equipment; interpret and document . electronic data .
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care .

Job Requirements:

• Active RN license (verification through Nursys required at submission)
• BLS & ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Epic charting experience required
• Professional resume required for submission
• Strong clinical experience in acute care setting
