Bilingual Patient Support Specialist

Providing empathetic support in a hybrid capacity, the Bilingual Patient Support Specialist will assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, and maintaining accurate documentation within a pharmaceutical contact center environment. Key responsibilities Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers through active listening and solution-oriented communication Document patient interactions accurately and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) Flexibility to work adjusted schedules or additional hours as needed Strong verbal and written communication skills
