Behavioral Aide / Behavior Technician | Elementary School (1:1 Support)
Seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one support to an elementary student in an inclusive classroom setting. This role focuses on helping students with special needs achieve academic, behavioral, and social success through positive reinforcement, behavior intervention strategies, and collaboration with educational professionals.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Pediatric, behavioral health, caregiving, or special needs experience preferred.
Current CPR certification.
CPI, MAB, and other behavioral intervention certifications are highly desirable.
Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age and meet all applicable compliance requirements.
