Our services cover international freight forwarding, air cargo, domestic transportation, warehousing, and distribution. We operate 12 global entities across China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, and the United States. Due to business expansion, DSL USA is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our growing team. Position Overview As a key member of our inland transportation and 3PL operations team, you will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, coordinating drivers and equipment, handling settlements, and supporting customer communication. You will work closely with the sales team to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inland transportation dispatch and manage drivers and equipment Perform inventory tracking and handle billing / settlement processes Monitor shipments and respond to customer inquiries and issues Collaborate with the sales team on customer service and revenue management Respond to operational issues as needed (including on-call situations) Qualifications Entry-level or experienced candidates welcome Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred Work Conditions and Benefits Salary: Negotiable based on experience Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (flexible, based on operational needs) PTO: 10 days + 3 sick days (available after 3 months) Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision (100% employer-paid) Additional benefits per company policy Pay: 60,000.00 to 80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
