OB/GYN Physician - Full Scope | Flexible Schedule

*Looking for expereinced or directly out of residency. Open to relocation*

Location: Los Banos, CA
Schedule: Flexible | Hospital Call + Clinic
Employment Type: W2 or 1099
Compensation: $280,000-$350,000 annually, depending on employment model and schedule

We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established, community-focused practice offering full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced OB/GYN physicians and physicians coming directly out of residency . The practice offers a supportive, non-corporate environment with strong opportunity to build a long-term patient base.

What You'll Do

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care
• See approximately 20-25 patients per day in clinic
• Manage labor & delivery and postpartum patients
• Perform routine and complex gynecologic care
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries
• Utilize laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgical techniques
• Participate in emergency OB/GYN surgical care
• Provide hospital OB call coverage

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible clinic schedule
• Full OB call coverage approximately every few weeks
• Approximately 6 weekday call shifts/month and 1 weekend call period/month
• W-2 compensation: $280K-$350K
• 1099 option available with significant flexibility and uncapped earning potential
• Potential $10K relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus

Requirements

• Board Certified OB/GYN Physician
• Full-scope OB/GYN experience or training
• New graduates are welcome
• Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred, but not required
